Michael Maverick

Michael started out in 2008 installing network infrastructure overseas in factories, offices, and hotels: running and terminating cable, building out racks, and configuring routers. One of his regular sites was a historic castle that served as the hub for a local internet provider, with a 20 Gbps fiber feed coming in and a rooftop antenna delivering service to the entire surrounding village. He maintained and reworked that installation over time. He then stepped away from the field to earn a degree in Computer Science and Networking.

In his first year of university he became CTO of a fintech startup, leading 60 people across three teams in two countries. He then built his own automated trading business, which became the largest in its market and expanded to seven countries. After that he worked in business process automation. His largest engagement helped a U.S. e-commerce company grow sales 20x in 18 months.

After moving to Los Angeles he served as General Manager of the city's largest VR entertainment venue, then returned to field work as a commercial cabling subcontractor on Comcast Business projects.

He co-founded LV Force in 2025 with his brother Denis and ran most of the early jobs himself. Today he remains the technical escalation point on every project, so complex field issues get solved by someone who has done the work himself.
